Valley View is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath estate located an easy 1.5 miles off the 101- and yet it feels far from everything! Stargaze on the enormous deck, hunker down in front of the 52-inch TV and electric fireplace or just use the home as a base for your nearby adventures.

The first floor of the home features 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Full Baths. The upstairs has one large King room, a half bath and a 39-inch TV with DirectTV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (sorry, only electric here!), an open-floor plan to an 8-person dining room, and a door leading out to the majestic deck with dining table, bar table and gas BBQ.

The house is equipped with several comfortable relaxing/reading areas and there are books, puzzles, games and DVDs to keep you entertained. As parents ourselves, we have also taken into consideration people traveling with small children and have books, toys, high chair, sound machine, pack ‘n play, baby tub and other items to make a family’s stay as pleasant as possible.

The home is located just minutes from several wedding venues including: CAMPOVIDA, Brutocao’s CONTENTO VINEYARD, NELSON FAMILY VINEYARDS, and JERIKO ESTATE.

A nice alternative to a hotel, this 2 bed, 2 bath house is a secluded and peaceful vineyard hideaway, nestled at the base of Duncan Peak overlooking Terra Savia Winery’s 35 acre Sanel Valley organic vineyard and Hopland.
The large, front yard awaits picnics and sunbathing. There is also a pool, and a hot tub. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom which includes a spa tub for two. There is smaller bedroom with a queen size bed along with a separate reading/quiet room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The living room has a fully stocked wood-burning stove to keep things nice and toasty. Throughout the house there are numerous original works of art and handcrafted wood pieces and furniture by local artists.
