Join the party at Campovida this Hopland Passport! Our winemaker Sebastian Donoso and the team will be pouring Roussanne, our award-winning Rosé of Grenache, Zinfandel, and our ever popular red blend, Terra Rossa. Food will be prepared by the fabulous Chef Fernando from our new restaurant, The Stockfarm. Case specials available for Passport ticket holders. Cesar Toxqui Cellars

Cesar Toxqui Cellars will be doing traditional Asian delicacies. We will greet you with our traditional “lumpia” (Filipino appetizer), an array of fruit infused cheeses paired with our Orange Muscat Canelli and Viognier. Our traditional Roasted Pig will be paired with our 2012 Pinot Noir. We will also be serving our new 2013 Bloom Cabernet and our new 2011 Immigrant Zinfandel. Finish it off with our port like style paired with ganache cake.

Graziano Family of Wines

From Arneis to Zinfandel, Graziano Family of Wines will be offering wines from our four distinct labels, with a focus on Italian varietals. We will have a mix of whites and reds, mostly dry with couple of sweet alternatives. Trudi will be making her olive tapenade, hummus, and a spicy dip, there will be Italian sausages in the crockpot, and some wonderful ripe aged cheeses.

Join us at SIP in downtown Hopland for Spring Passport. SIP is a wine shop and discovery center, featuring 150 wines from Mendocino County and beyond. For this year’s event, we will pairing fine wines with Porchetta – a locally and organically farmed pig that is de-boned, wrapped with garlic and herbs, and roasted whole right here at the shop! Come and enjoy the pairings on our beautiful garden patio.
