2017 Barrel Tasting 101
JANUARY 21 & 22 from 11am to 5pm.
Online tickets available now for $20 and tickets will be available to purchase at the door for $30. Your entry to ALL participating tasting rooms, a logo glass and event map are included with the purchase of your ticket.
Join us for this once a year opportunity to gain inside access to wineries all along the Upper Russian River Valley on Highway 101 in Mendocino County. You will get the chance to experience wines right from the barrel at Barrel Tasting 101. Talk with winemakers; learn how to evaluate barrel samples for their potential and purchase futures of your favorites at a discounted price.
In partnership with Mendocino Crab & Wine Days, this event will also pair crab-inspired foods with carefully chosen wines that will complement each other in life-altering ways! Each participating winery will bring their own vibe to crab, wine and hospitality – Mendocino style! Please note, crab may be substituted by other delectable food items if the current crabbing moratorium remains in effect at the time of the event.
Participants will choose their favorite winery to start at, receiving an event logo glass and a map of all the fun and always entertaining stops along the 101. Don’t miss your chance to join in the fun! CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD MAP
